Our BAL Assessment Process
1. Request a Quote
Submit your property details through our online form. We review your information and provide a quote within 48 hours.
2. Desktop Assessment
Once you approve the quote, we analyse mapping data and bushfire-prone area mapping to assess vegetation, terrain and potential risk factors.
3. On-Site Assessment
A qualified BAL assessor visits your property to inspect vegetation, measure distances and assess slope conditions.
4. BAL Report
You will receive a comprehensive and compliant BAL report outlining:
Your property's BAL rating
An explanation of the bushfire risk affecting the property
Construction requirements in accordance with Australian Standard AS3959
Any recommendations to improve bushfire resilience
5. Ongoing Support
If you have questions about your BAL report or require assistance with planning or building approvals, we are available to provide further guidance.
